Love this thing. I do stretching and lymphatic drainage with an amazing lady who recommended that I get something with slight vibration for muscles and lymph drainage. This thing is wonderful. I can feel my muscles start to let go in a short amount of time without too much stress to the muscle.

My PT gave me two balls taped together and had me roll on it. This is much much better and love the vibration!

My new favorite massager. The shape is perfect for massaging the hips. I like that it has auto-off because it tends to soothe you to sleep. It's been effective for aching hips in the morning. It's been in use for 3 or 4 years and it performs well. The silicone cover is grippy enough to keep it in place and soft enough to be comfortable.

Works well but disappointed how it left black on white furniture.

Great vibration for use after knee replacement surgery. Love it! Feels so relaxing after use. This is the same vibrating peanut used by my PT. And it did cutoff at 10 minutes.

It's working for me for my shoulder that I had surgery and I had a bicep tear that got fixed so that's where I use it because it's so tight and I want to ho back to work soon
