Spanish is a very phonetic language so learning the proper sounds of the vowels will allow children to get a head start in learning Spanish words. This video is geared for children 0-5 years old. Review: This video is VERY well done! It’s simple and easy to follow along with and understand, even if you don’t know much Spanish. The video takes you through a journey following each vowel and gives plenty of opportunities to hear the proper pronunciation of the vowel AND see it, which is key to learning the vowels and to properly pronouncing words in Spanish. This video is very easy to watch and follow along with, and it’s clear what the new words are by the way they’re introduced and the visuals, so not only do viewers get plenty of exposure to the vowels, but they also learn a few new words in Spanish (and this is NOT the case with many language learning videos). My children (1.5yo and 3yo) were very interested in this video and were following along, saying the letters, and truly interested in and paying attention to the video, which is not the case with most movies they watch. We check out Spanish DVDs from our library, watch cartoons in Spanish on Netflix and through Prime, but this is one that really captured both kids’ attention, and they’ve asked to watch it again and again. The main characters are the Spanish vowels, but it was surprisingly engaging and entertaining for a video about vowels and how to properly say the vowels. As a teacher, I really appreciate that the video has LOTS of opportunities to hear and say the proper vowel sounds. I highly recommend this video to any children learning Spanish, It’s VERY helpful (the best I’ve seen!) and I can’t wait to see what other videos they come out with! - Connie Deal - Teacher and blogger.

Excellent Spanish Immersion DVD
My toddler loves this DVD! It’s an excellent video that follows the full immersion concept. I’ve seen some reviews complaining there is no English translation, but that’s exactly the point - studies have shown learners pick up another language best by full immersion versus translation…plus, translation really isn’t needed…if it shows an elephant then it says “elefante”, you have your visual translation right there. My 1 year old knows his vowels already plus other things (and in SPANISH!) thanks to this DVD. Catchy tunes too :-)

awesome purchase
I want to say that I am beyond happy with this purchase. I am slo glad I found this this video. My son is 3 years old he is autistic , he does not speak. We have been watching this video over 3 months know and he knows and actually says the vowels. He speaks!! I feel so happy he recognizes the letters and he actually reads them to me. We are spanish speaking so it is great. I would really like for you guys to mke more videos, such as numbers.

Great intro!
Great intro to Spanish. My kids enjoy watching and learning. Only complaint from my wife is how short it is.Look forward to more items tou release.

My 3 year old grandchildren can’t learn from this dvd because it’s all in Spanish! No English
It said learning dvd but it was all in Spanish. I was looking for English translation. I really can’t rate this product therefore it was returned for an English translation to Spanish.

To learn Spanish vowels dvd
I have been searching everywhere for dvds that would help my kids learn and retain their Spanish. This was not horrible as I have encountered quite a few dvds that were simply boring. This DVD is colorful, lots of music and songs, and of course some Spanish words. This is not made to help you converse but more to give you the basics of A, E, I, O, U and a few words in Spanish that begin with these vowels. Unfortunately I was hoping for a DVD that would cover the whole alphabet but if you are looking for the basic vowels and a vibrant musical DVD ... This is it.

Surprised how much my kids love it!
If I had watched this by myself, I would have thought my kids would not like it. But we have had this DVD for about a year and my 3 year old is always begging for "Spanish DVD" in the van. My 5 year old also loves it.

Does not work on a DVD player!!!!!
I purchased it but the cd's can't be played on a DVD player!! Disappointed

My 8 month old loves this video.
My daughter loves this video. It has lots of singing which keeps her very engaged. She dances every time a song comes on. I must admit I put this video on every morning while im making my breakfast and it keeps her so focused she doesn’t even care I’m not in the room. With repetition and talking to her in Spanish she will be speaking fluently.
