Clever Design - Cooks Well
The Brentwood Select AF-32SS is the perfect size when you're cooking for 1 or 2 people. This is the first air fryer I've owned, so I have nothing to compare it to. I did a lot of research and read lots of reviews. It seems every unit out there has its drawbacks and detractors. When I was evaluating units, there were no reviews for the Brentwood Select AF-32SS. But I liked the design, the size, and the price, and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did.The unit is easy to load, cooks well, and easy to clean. Build quality is very good. My only complaint (and it's not really a complaint, but more of an observation) is that it cooks a bit slower than I was expecting. Having said that, I think that may be a common characteristic of air fryers. A buddy of mine owns a different brand of air fryer, and cooking chicken thighs took longer than I thought it would. Overall, I'm very pleased with this unit.

It's bulky, but the same can be said about other air fryers so...
