When I went to the Apple Store because I could not make this iPhone work, the way Apple qualified the product I received (branded as refurbished/renewed excellent by the seller) was “structurally damaged internally”. TrueDepth (required for camera and Face ID) typically was broken.

El vendedor muy atento y atendió pronto mis mensajes. El teléfono llegó muy bien empacado, en tiempo y forma y en muy buenas condiciones. Estética excelente, apenas se le ven algunas marcas de uso. Batería excelente. 99% en la salud de la materia. Todo funcional. La cámara frontal, pese a ser reparada o sustituida, funciona de forma normal y muy eficiente. Conclusión, yo si volvería a comprar.

The product is listed with separate "Dual-SIM" and "eSIM" options at different prices. I chose "Dual-SIM", but received an eSIM‑only US model — no physical SIM tray at all. Yes, every modern iPhone supports 2 SIMs, so technically it can be called "Dual‑SIM", but that is misleading for anyone who expects a physical SIM slot. The phone itself is in decent condition, but the listing does not accurately reflect the hardware. Do check the model number (e.g., LL/A for US version) before ordering. If you need a physical SIM tray, be aware that this "Dual‑SIM" option may actually be the eSIM‑only version.

Excelente equipo. Llegó como nuevo, realmente no tiene ninguna abolladura o rayón en los costados o la pantalla. La batería me llegó al 98% y con 227 ciclos (yo lo he estado usando ya un par de días y lo llevé a 230 ciclos) aún tiene algunos meses de Apple care y no se le ha cambiado ninguna pieza. Apenas tiene un mini rayón en una lente de la cámara, pero realmente no se nota y para nada afecta la calidad de las fotos. Excelente compra con el vendedor BuySpry, además de que agarré las promociones de Amazon prime y me salió súper barato (como 15k y pico, a MSI además) El teléfono llega en una cajita genérica con un cable genérico :)

PERFECTO! Lo pedí con miedo de ver los comentarios, pero la verdad parece nuevo. 98% de vida de la batería, ni un solo rayón y cero piezas desconocidas. Fue reparado por garantía en la Mac Store. Muy contenta con miedo compra, valió totalmente la pena el riesgo porque aparte lo compré a un súper precio

I am considering buying it back as the new iPhone 17’s do not come with physical sim tray and based on my need I prefer the physical sim over Esim but other than that the phone was bit expensive but good.
