Everything I’ve been looking for in a clear protein!
I was tired of creamy protein shakes and wanted something lighter and more fruity/refreshing. This is it! I’ve only tried the lemonade and strawberry kiwi and both are delicious: lemons taste like a lemon pez candy, and the strawberry kiwi is like a juice. I also don’t feel bloated after, and it’s about the same consistency as water for the most part. Definitely makes drinking water easier! It is sweeter than I anticipated / would have liked (I’m not a big sweets person), but that’s easy to fix by mixing more water to your preference. 20-30 oz is good for me. Also, it is on the foamier side when you mix it and can be slightly clumpy at first. LET IT SIT! I mix it and let it sit a few minutes and it’s fine!Definitely will be buying again!

Great way to get some extra protein
The great value for the money for what the ingredients are and what the package offers, especially if you’re looking for versatile flavors. I found that mixing the packet with hot water and then pouring over ice made the protein powder dissolve better, and using a frosting, whisk made it less foamy than shaking it in a blender bottle would. Easy on my stomach and digestive system, easy to drink. Relatively good ingredients. No older outside of what the flavor is.

Great Way to get your daily protein
Oath Nutrition Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Variety Pack) is a refreshing alternative to traditional creamy protein shakes. It mixes into a light, juice-like drink with fruity flavors that are easy to drink post-workout, especially if you don’t like thick or chalky textures. Each serving typically provides around 20g of protein with low sugar and calories, making it a solid option for lean recovery or daily protein intake. The variety pack is a nice way to try different flavors before committing to a full tub.The main downside is that some flavors can taste quite sweet or artificial depending on preference, and it’s generally pricier than standard whey powders.

Not a good drink but still useful
As other customers have noted, this powder is extremely difficult to mix. Like pretty much impossible. BUT I found a recipe online to use it to make gummy "candy" and that is delicious!! It's very easy to make and I'm enjoying eating the protein snacks. I only tried one packet mixed with water. I will use the rest to make gelatin snacks. Three packets mixed with water and gelatin make a 9x13 pan. I used a milk frother to help mix in the powder and heating the water helped too. Bad as a drink, which is why I took off one star, but great for a protein packed low-sugar snack.

Delicious, refreshing and easy protein boost.
Mmmmm these are so good!!!These are definitely more refreshing than your standard, thick milkshake-like protein beverages.Especially now that it’s summer, these have really been hitting the spot. The frozen lemonade reminds me of an Orange Julius but lemon instead of orange. It’s not super sharp/tart like straight up lemonade, it’s more subtle and is creamy. If you’ve ever had an Orange Julius and like them, there’s a really strong chance you’ll like this lemon version. The coconut colada tastes exactly like you’d think. That one’s my other favorite. The strawberry kiwi one is good too.Honestly the only one I didn’t like was the blue razz. Which is crazy because blue razz is my favorite slushie and candy flavor. This blue razz is less sweet and tart, which worked really well for the frosty lemonade, but I feel like that sweet tang that’s the signature of a good blue razz flavor is missing. To me, it tasted how some toilet tabs smell and the fact that it makes the beverage blue also like toilet tabs… I couldn’t do the blue razz at all. Totally off putting for me personally, but I’m a weirdo making weird connections to ruin things for myself lol. The good thing is it’s not sickly sweet so you can definitely drink the whole thing.I also add an additional scoop of isopure unflavored clear protein so I get about 45 g of total protein per beverage. I continue drinking water after too. This was a great sample pack. Def buying the full size for the frosty lemonade and the coconut colada.I put my powders in a cup, add enough water to be an inch or two over the powder, whisk it with a frother, then once it’s blended I add more water and whisk again. I let it sit about 5-10 minutes for the foam to go away and then add ice.

Easy to take on the go
Recently we were going on vacation and I realized I wouldn’t be able to travel easily with my ready made protein drinks. I wanted something I could travel with that would be easy to mix and still taste good. These packets offer 20g of protein, can easily be mixed on the go (I brought my drink shaker) and with room temp water I don’t experience clumping while mixing. For me, they taste good and I like the variety. When you think of value, if using it as a meal replacement it cost less than a traditional meal so that in itself seems like a value for your money.I’ve tried other clear protein and Oath is the brand I keep coming back to.

Tasty way to feel full
I'd tried packs of this before and liked them, so I purchased the multi pack when I had to go on a limited diet for a few days. They're pricey and hard to get all the clumps out of, even with something like a milk frother, and I can't imagine shaking anything long enough to make the sludge go away. I add a little water to a magic bullet cup or a blender, add the powder (it can get everywhere, though perhaps not worse than any other powder), and add water on top, starting it in the middle and blending for a few seconds. Then you've got a tasty, filling drink that doesn't have the bitterness of some other protein options, and tastes good even if not ice cold.

Expensive for the amount of protein it provides
The protein is tasty, but it doesn't always dissolve completely and leaves a gummy residue. Sometimes when I add it to a carbonated water, it erupts like a volcano. It's expensive for what you get (only 20 g of protein). It's a nice drink for warm weather.
