well made, thick glass
Heavy duty glass and included stand are what made me choose this. I am pleased with both! The only drawback is that the 2.5 gallon size doesn't fit easily into the fridge. I would have returned it for a smaller size, but the stand was a real important feature. No 1 gallon size is available in this model. The chalkboard is a nice feature! All in all, It works great. Refrigerating and storing this item is challenging, or I would have given it 5 stars.

Very Pretty
I really like this beverage dispenser. It's very pretty but it's very heavy. I had a little trouble washing it due to the weight.

Perfect, minus a small leak...
The dispenser was perfect. The size and quality of the glass is wonderful. The spout has a small hiccup. When I went to tighten it, the was outrageously difficult, but I assumed it would be secure the tighter it got. Near the end of my party, the spout started to leak. I had to tighten the spout before using it again the next day for a smaller gathering.

Beautiful and Sturdy
I bought this a few months ago and use it quite often. Not only did this item come to me delivered really secured, but the glass itself is very nicely done and the spout so far is beautiful and easy to clean. 2.7 gallons is appx 345 ounces which makes tons of drinks! :)

That it was glass and it displayed nicely.
Drinks for my family gathering 2 weeks ago. It displayed the drink nicely, held enough for everyone. The size was perfect and it’s easy to clean. Best of all, it didn’t drip like some others I’ve used in the past.

Not bad
Received with out any damage, but one little problem is the lid didn't come with the rubber seal.

Desecionastes me yego el pedido dañado
Es buen cristal fuerte pero me yego quebrado (Roto) desecionante varios productos me estan yegando por Amazon en malas condiciones cajas rotos es una tristeza

Pretty, but not well taken care off
Although I liked the product, my first order came in broken (glass). I’m surprised my replacement came in unscathed because the packing was all destroyed once again, and the chalk was broken as well. I kept it, but clearly there are some issues with their storage and/or distribution protocols.
