Prasad Garu has narrated the invaluable experiences of his life.He had privileged of working with personalities like PV Narasimha Rao, NT Rama Rao, Manmohan Singh, Vengal Rao and Dr Chenna Reddy, this collection will throw some light on some complex situations an officer is likely to pass through. Several things that happened behind the veil of political governance and had not been revealed earlier are narrated here, with particular reference to the relationship between senior politicians and senior civil servants.In this book he honestly attempts to bring up the problem that civil servants face in their profession and how do they solve it by keeping people in mind.
