Perfect for strength/high intensity interval training (HIIT). Super flexible and light weight.
Very comfortable. Ideal for HIIT exercises due to it being light and super flexible. The trainer is also highly breatheable for sweaty feet. If you're looking for running shoes these aren't designed for that. Highly recommend for indoor strength training workouts.

Brilliant
Love these - abosolutely perfect fit and so comfortable. I do gym work but use all apparatus as well as do some high intensity stuff and they are always great no matter what i'm doing.

I'm not one to wear pink but anyway I like the style of them
Would be 5* but these trainers are not red, much closer to pink. I'm not one to wear pink but anyway I like the style of them, growing on the colour, they are a lot brighter than the picture shows. Besides that point the trainers are really comfy and great to work out in, fit like a glove and good cushioning. I do weight training and circuit training and suit well for this purpose.
