As home fix it projects go, this one worked out pretty good. The part came quickly and faucet was fixed in a jiffy.

Perfect Fit, High Quality
This is the black-colored plastic clip to buy if you need to replace or work on the hose for the older style of Delta's kitchen sprayer faucet. It fits perfectly, snapped into place, and enabled me to make a leakproof, solid connection under the sink to the bottom of faucet pipe above. This part is essential to making a secure connection. Note that this part is only for the older style of Delta kitchen sprayer faucet; the newer style of kitchen sprayer faucets with Diamond Seal use a blue-colored plastic clip and is a different style of connector. The black and blue connectors are not interchangeable. Trust me, I tried both.

Stopped the water leak under my sink
We had a strong water leak coming from under my sink when either C or H were turned on. I called out a plumber and he found this clip had failed. He wasn't sure where to find one, so I told him I'd do some rearch. I dug around on Delta's website and found the part number. I then searched the number on Amazon, and sure enough, they had it and I'd get it in 2 days. I appreciated the reviews. Many of them expressed the same part failure and the remedy was replacing this clip (black plastic not chrome). They had photos showing the failed part and the new part. The part came in, the plumber came back and installed it... problem solved.

Product statement is incorrect
Here is the product description: Delta Faucet RP32522 Quick-Connect Clip, Chrome The quick-connect clip is not Chrome. It is plastic. I had a quick connect clip break and to prevent leaks, needed to replace the clip. I didn't expect to pay this much for the part, but Delta has me "over a barrel" so to speak. So I guess that's one reason the price is so high. You have to have the clip or you have to purchase a new faucet.

So glad I bought this
I had to replace the faucet hose to my kitchen sink. I was going to just buy the hose. And a friend suggested I buy the clip. Just in case I broke the old clip while removing it. I did and I’m so glad I did. This clip came with a new O-ring and instructions on how to replace the hose. Which is something the hose did not come with.
