You won't be disappointed by the material quality and binding. I recieved it after painstaking wait of 27 days but that was already mentioned when I ordered it, so all good. However, the book was sent in a thin package of cardboard box due to which the corners of the hardcover sustained certain impact and got creases during transit. This too when I had already messaged and requested the sellers to send it in a safe packaging. So that is really disappointing from the seller's part. I had ordered two more books of Loomis' from another seller after I ordered this one and they did a fantastic job in the packaging as well as they deliver it earlier. Other than that, book is genuine and attractive. It looks like it is a collector's edition book. I don't need to explain how accomplished and a great instructor Andrew Loomis is as an author and an artist. This book is suitable for beginner to medium level artists. Its first edition came out in 1943, that's how old this book is. It has some great instructions that are overlooked easily nowadays. Good foundation! The copy I recieved is a 2011 reprint of the latest version of the contents. Thanks. All the best! Review: Figure Drawing for All its Worth is Worth the Money. - Andrew Loomis being a great artist and even greater teacher has done it again, my 3rd and final purchase of Mr. Loomis, the other two being Creative Illustrations and Drawing the Head and Hands. Titan book and done a great job again with the reprint of this old and timeless classic. The book covers each and every aspect of figure drawing the approach, blocking, drawing mannikins, anatomy (I would recommend Classic Human anatomy and Classic Human Anatomy in Motion for more in-depth study), foreshortening, live figures, standing figure, figure in action, balance and rhythm, rendering, little about head, ahnds and feet (Drawing the Head and Hands for more in-depth study) and of course​ the opening and closing chat that I have come to love.
