Impressive piece of equipment. I’ve been using the ProForm Elliptical Cross Trainer for a week now, and overall, I’m really impressed. It’s sturdy, quiet, and offers a smooth, low-impact workout that’s easy on the knees—ideal for daily cardio sessions at home. Feels solid and well-built—doesn’t wobble during use, Magnetic resistance is smooth and near-silent, Good range of resistance levels for varied workouts, The built-in programmes and iFit compatibility keep workouts interesting. The iFit subscription is a real bonus and compliments your workout perfectly. Great price too! Highly recommend this product.

Unpacked and built this myself over a weekend and felt like I had a complete workout before using it. I love the flexibility of having both options and the built in resistance is great. Looking forward to using the built in programmes. Only negative comment is the box arrived tatty and covered in dust - I would be disappointed if it was going to be given as a present as first impressions count.

Great elliptical/cross-trainer. Using the iFiT app on an iPad, which sits perfectly on the shelf on the display - gives you an experience similar to that on the expensive machines in the gym. The elliptical is very stable, whilst also not being too wide, which means it will fit in more rooms. There are 18 levels of resistance and I haven't felt the need to go above 10 yet. I've found this is much better for my joints, etc than running on a treadmill and you get a bit of an upper body workout too. Would definitely recommend.
