I couldn't live without these. They taste delicious & refreshing. They're easy to rip open (arthritic fingers) & always make me feel so much better after drinking. I've bought 2 boxes this year & will keep coming back.

These are exellent. Ive been using them before and after a night of heavy drinking which theyre perfect for as well as on really hot days! They really are lifesavers and cannot reccomend them enough, perfect for people who dont drink enough fluids throughout the day and for before/after a night out.

These smell horrendous, and don’t taste very good either (unless you’re into sherbert on steroids), and are one of those powdered drinks that as soon as you stop whisking it’ll start to separate and sink to the bottom again…. But it works really well. So if you can tough through it for the greater good then these are really great. Minus one star as the actual drinking experience is awful.

Liquid IV is brilliant really hydrates you on these hot days highly recommend

Not the nicest tasting electrolyte I’ve tried this was lemon and lime .much prefer the fruit flavours like berry or melon .Slight salty aftertaste

These are the best electrolytes hardly any of that salty taste, easy to drink.
