Product review and brush care tips.
Let's start with the packaging; the brushes were tightly packed in a sturdy tube. Inside the tube they were all in a sealed bag. Inside the bag they all had tubes firmly in place on their tips. In short, the packaging could not be better, it seems that they read the older negative reviews and addressed the problem. Now on to the brushes performance; I have only used about 2/3rds of them to this point, but of the ones I have used, they have all been great! They have great 'snap' and are holding their shape and points fantastically! These are the best synthetic brushes I have used, and I have been painting models and miniatures for decades.Couple of pointers for improving any brushes performance; if the tip starts to separate, do a quick cleaning on the brush, this usually helps, and remember that most paints are meant to be thinned out of the pot or bottle, thinner paint obviously flows better, thus you improve tip shape retention and are able to achieve higher details. Also, occasionally you should do a deep cleaning of the brushes to improve their longevity, I use a commercial brush cleaner, but you can also use dawn dish detergent. When you clean your brushes, avoid forcefully smashing them into the bottom of your cleaning pot; lightly 'brushing' them along the bottom however is good, this causes the hairs to spread in the normal way, thus releasing the paint in them and pulling in the water. Lastly, to keep the 'snap' in the bristles and help them keep their shape, avoid leaving them in water for extended periods of time, this often causes the fine tips to curl or split. Many brush cleaning pots have places where you can rest the brushes in the water, but doing this for too long will cause the bristles to lose their memory or the glue inside the ferrule to begin to soften thus leading to many common problems. Finally, the company; the brushes came with a well written pamphlet with some brush care tips, and an offer to join a VIP club and receive discounts on their products as well as future freebies. I joined, got their 50% off coupon code and promptly used it to buy more of their brushes! If the quality and customer care continues to be this level, then I have FINALLY found my new brand of brushes. After all, no brush will last forever, especially if you do a lot of dry brushing or stippling. ...Thanks for reading, I hope this review helps you in some way.

wonderful value for the money, perfect for miniatures or paint by numbers
I have been doing paint by numbers recently and they come with pretty bad quality paint brushes.my boyfriend also has a bunch of so-so paint brushes from craft stores because he paints his D&D and war hammer minis.after a few times we just got really sick of how we could not find any paint brushes that were detailed enough for really really tiny spots.I saw a few on here with good review but these stood out because I could see they were tiny and also not very expensive so i figured i'd give them a shot.I am SO glad i did.these are wonderful paintbrushes for any detailed work. i almost exclusively use the tinniest one that is almost like using a toothpick it takes a lot of time but it it makes everything perfect.they also hold their shape really well and clean up really easily. (i am not a person who is generally very good at taking care of paint brushes)I do kind of wish they came in a case or something to store them but for the price it is understandable that they did not.these are very good paint brushes if you're looking into miniatures or paint by numbers and need a step up from the kind you generally see in stores.the only downside I think personally is that the bristles are kind of long so control can be an issue with some of them. but that is my thing I generally like shorter bristles.

Good value brushes
Easily the best value for acrylic painting details. I work in both watercolor and acrylic, and these AIT brushes work well in either medium. They have good handles, nice balance, sturdy ferrule and excelent brush materia, for a synthetic. Good value too.

I can't fault these, so far.
I've only recently begun to paint in acrylics but quickly discovered that the cheapest brushes aren't much of a bargain. Good enough to get started, perhaps, but once you've passed the stage when you aren't too bothered about hairs falling out or brushes not coming to a point any more, you realize you could do so much better. At first I was worried because professional brushes looked scarily expensive for a beginner not selling work to pay for materials, but I was pleasantly surprised by these AIT brushes. At this price I guess they aren't true professional brushes but honestly I wouldn't know how to tell the difference.I've been using these AIT brushes for a couple of weeks and that's several hours every day, for some of them. I've not lost a single hair yet. Well, I've probably lost a few but the brushes haven't. They seem to stand up to sloppy treatment very well, and that includes accidentally leaving them in paint or standing in water, something which should never be done. I was particularly impressed when the tiniest brush, which seems to have about six hairs, recovered from being left at an angle standing in paint and water. When it came out, the entire head was bent over and I thought I'd lost the use of it. Since, it has perked up and seems to be just as good as it was before the ordeal.I'm using these for decorative work with undiluted acrylics, which are dense and heavy for a small brush. I'm very pleased with them so far.I've included some images of work done with these. For the record I did not get any discount or free gift for writing a review. It's worth noting though, that if you do buy a set and sign up for the company's so-called VIP club, they will give you a 50 percent discount on your next purchase. I'll probably buy a second set.

Your brushes are nice while they lay, which isn’t long when using them for Oil painting OR Acrylic, 😞
