This ear bud has a lot of issues. 1. Connects late. 2. Even if previously paired, doesn't connect unless you explicitly go to Android>BT>Connect. 3. Sometimes connects even when buds are inside case & charging (if phone BT is ON). 4. Sometimes wearing the buds causes sleeping phone to play YouTube etc. 5. The play/pause touch sensor has lag. By the time first touch is registered, you'll end up pressing again, causing confusion. 6. Touch sensor is very poorly designed. Even inadvertent touch or adjusting will pause the audio. Very annoying. 7. Volume is very low. 20% on other buds is 67% on this one. You have to play at 70+% at least for normal volume & that drains battery quickly. 8. Sound quality is extremely average. Equivalent to any roadside average headphone. 9. Definitely not for bass lovers. Almost zero on bass. Ordinary flat basic sound. 10. Casing feels light and cheap. 11. Lid closure is poor & not snappy. 12. Glossy case doesn't look good. Matt finish is better. Quality is definitely below what's expected from the brand & cost. Not worth half it's current price. I have 2 more earbuds from other brands, but only this one behaves erratic. The other buds are actually cheaper but I've not had such issues with them. Greatly disappointed boat!

the price is low like this quality, sound is clear not too loud and the bass is so good. Quick full charge, so long battery and the distance of the bluetooth device connected are quiet long
