Total waste of money!!!
It surely doesn’t worth the money you for it. When you try to stretch using the middle bar, it lifts itself up giving all the discomfort, it puts extreme unwanted pressure on your knee joints, would not recommend this to anyone, you are prone to injury, better practice stretch on your own or take help from someone.
