I ordered a 30lit box but received a 23lit box. Why? Since it's useful for me i kept it without returning.

It actually solved my purpose for a sturdy box to store a lot of small boxes at one place. Else stacking small different shapes and sizes boxes would be a mess every time one box was moved or removed

The dimensions mentioned in about of product is of most outer side of the bix. It has taper design so 14 inch in width is actually 12 inch at bottom and 13.5 inch at top and 14 inch outside.

Cost with free delivery is good. As a consumer will always like a Rs.100 less

I bought this box (2 of them!) because the size given in the description was the biggest one. I already have several boxes that I bought in a shop nearby so it's easy for me to compare. And I can tell you that the boxes I actually received are big but not the biggest and are smaller than it says. This size cost 350 in the shop here. So it simply a scam according to me. Do not buy!
