Comfortable, good support for flat foot

Not up to the mark

This is a simple soul.. with the plastic attached at the bottom side. Plastic is good for all those people who has a broken shoe sole..

Worked for my heel issue and notice a good change after 1 month daily usage.I started observing my heel pain for last 3-4 years.Couple of doctor visits - no major issues reported, only requires a proper foot wear (no flat wear) and multiple exercises was suggested. No issues with my body weight nor my age.Slowly my walking is reduced as well standing long time for discussions.Started using soft sole shoes & sandals, memory foam shoes and multiple foot insoles.Daily/regularly having warm water therapy.All the above were only giving me relaxation but problem persists.I recommend to give a try of this, this sole has given me rightful solution after continuous use for 4+ months. I still use this in my office shoes along with other regular shoes or hard chappals /sandals.

I don't think its worth it tbh, I have flat arc feet and I used this product but seriously when you put it inside your shoe this product kinds of adjusts itself according to the shape of the shoe instead of providing resistance to your foot and maintaining its shape against the force of your weight. It bends and fails to provide support to the arc. For me it was a waste of Rs.420 tbh.

It is not value for money but if you have spare money once you can try.

It is working well gor me..But you should consult a doctor first..Flat feet can also be caused by bony deformity .( Tarsal coalition / calcaneal coalition etc. )Doctor says my muscles might be weak. And told some exercise ..First confirm what caused your flat feet.
