Small size than UK 5
Size is a bit small, i wear 5 uk size footwear it was small for me so I couldn’t use it as well as i could have.

The product is very good. Soft and load absorbing, it excellently protects my feet . I can comfortably wear my hard shoes with these in soles .Only , I wish these shoe pads were interchangable for all shoes. Once you fix these in a pair of shoes, it is not possible to take these out and fix in another pair.
