is it possible this product will work on the upper thigh muscle

As a senior with two hip replacements, I get horrific charley horses and cramping in upper thights, inner thighs and hamstrings from sitting or standing too long. Flying is especially painful because you can't move around. Penetrex is the only product that helps prevent the cramping and charley horses. I apply to thighs before flying or going to fairs, concerts, sports or activities that include alot of sitting or walking. Also, great after gardening. Nothing else has worked as well as Penetrex and I have a medicine cabinet of products that haven't worked.

Do you have 2oz size ?

I bought the 2 oz size on Amazon first to try it. I'm going to buy the 4 oz + 2 oz bundle. This stuff is the only thing that I've tried that helps my arthritis.

What’s the difference between the old version and this new version?

Don't know. I've been ordering Penetrex for over two years now and didn't notice difference.
