Whatever you do don't
Ok, this is pretty much the only dive knife you'll get on Amazon and not cry about losing it on the first day of use if you do of course. It's a nice dive knife, case is plastic and does have a push with one hand operation. The straps feel good around my lower leg. Who cares if it lasts. Nothing in salt water lasts anyways so to buy an expensive one would mean you got money to blow or your lacking something else. Lol It could save your life so the cost goes well with the construction of it. I'm using it for a basic Lobster dive snorkeling. Hey don't forget to get a dive light too for those under rocks see! Get one that has the 4 AA. Ok I'm out! Be safe!!! Reply and I'll tell you which mind blowing dive light I got that is awesome! Oh by the way I got the sharp point in green. If you drop it you can spot it quickly in dark waters. It has happened to me so many times I keep buying knives so like I said nothing lasts forever!

Great knife for the price
Saw this on Man vs. Wild as well - not why I bought it though... I was looking for a cheap, full tang & full size, titanium blade diving/snorkeling knife for a decent price. This blade fits the bill. As for the quality of titanium - it's hard to tell, but for this price I wouldn't expect high grade. As long as you thoroughly rinse & dry after each use, there is no noticeable corrosion. I bought the yellow handle one and it is brighter yellow than the picture shows - great for locating if you drop it in the reef. The sheath is kind of cheap feeling, but does lock the knife in well & is easily released with a single hand. The leg straps are to small for a 180 lb man's thigh, but hold securely to calf - rubber seems like it might last a couple of years. Overall: a good affordable & lightweight dive knife.

Perfect Dive Knife!
Taken it out many times in the Pacific Ocean and has yet to rust or even show any signs of such....yes this is Titanium and does not rust but SOOOOOO many other "dive knives" claim to not rust and they do. This is a GREAT buy. Reasonably priced and overall great knife. Not very sharp but you don't need a sharp dive knife...you are no filleting a fish with this.

Happy with my purchase!
Pleasantly surprised! It seems to be high quality. Definitely better than what I was expecting. I have been diving with it all fall and it hasn't shown any signs of rust. The holder works great, and it is easy to remove the knife even with 7mm gloves. The rubber straps hold well. It was a little bigger than I expected and second time around, I would get a blunt tip.

Knife good. Sheath bad, very bad.
The knife itself is great. I haven't had to fight off any sharks or underwater terrorists yet, but it has done a fine job of finishing off helpless, weaker sea creatures so that they can safely make their way into my tacos. The sheath/holster, however, is total turd. Unless you dive somewhere with absolutely no sand, you'll end up with just a couple little grains/granules jamming the mechanism. At first, I found myself taking the entire thing apart after each dive. Then I realized it's easier to gently bend the top part of the sheath back while manually moving the mechanism a few times. Unfortunately, it doesn't give you a satisfying "snap" when the knife is securely in place -- at least not that I can feel/hear through a pair of freediving gloves underwater. I can see myself losing this knife in short order due to a false "catch" of the mechanism making me believe that it is secure when it is definitely not.

This Kinfe is a Fine Value and Very Decent Quality
Rarely do I ‘five star’ products on all fearures. This Made in Taiwan full-tang full titanium knife is indeed secure in the sheath and doesn’t rattle. (I saw other negative reviews complain about the sheath security and hold) I noticed others say the knife and handle felt cheap... I’m not used to titanium so the weight feels low, but this is a fine blade for the price.

Dependable knife
I bought this knife back in 2014 and still using it to this day. It has a stiff blade and NOT flimsy like others i bought. I've been using it 2- 3 times a month in ocean waters and still no sign of rust and its still sharp. ( I thoroughly rinse it off after every use) Great for scaling and gutting fish. The handle has a good shape for grip and also is bright and visable in case you lose it. I have no problems with the holster which also works as it should.

Seems to be well made.
Seems to be well made. Sharp enough for my purposes. Security mechanism on holster works well. Holster fits around calf and ankle securely. The straps would be long enough for a large leg if needed. I just tucked the excess in.
