Was not as nice as I thought it would be but OK.Was a decent value for the money

I had a minor issue with the LCD screen and had an immediate positive response from customer service. They had a replacement in the mail the following day and we're great to work with. I would highly recommend any product from this company. I'm not someone who normally leaves reviews unless they are bad, but this was a great experience and I want to pass it on.

Works well

I bought this as a gift for Father's day for my husband and he used it and loved it. It's exactly as pictured and easy to use

The first day I had to tape the battery cover in place. I should have known then. When it worked, it never worked well. Temperature was slow to respond and inaccurate (over cooked several meals). Display is also very difficult to see. It broke after six months of use. Good riddens!

If you have never used a thermometer on a grill you should really get one... I think most of the 5 star ratings are from people who are using a grill thermometer for the first time. This grill thermometer does work and looks nice, but if you are use to an "instant read" 10 second thermometer you will probably not be happy with this as it can take a full minute to read the temperature. I bought this for my husband after his previous grill thermometer failed. He used my kitchen instant read thermometer to verify it's accuracy on first use and found it is accurate but he has to keep the fork in the meat for a full minute to get the reading.

Takes a little getting used to but it's now easier.
