We picked this up as a cheap alternative for cutting just over 200 pieces of paracord for a project. In our research we found cutters that would do a better job at a cut and fuse but those all came at a steep price.For what we spent and what we got this works so so well! We found that letting the heat and some gentle pressure gave a consistent cut that required minimal refusing of the ends.These tips fit our fixed temp Weller SP23L without any problems.

I bought another brand of craft hot knife and the hot ends were not very good, so I bought these. They are much more secure and withstand the wear and tear of use. Great for foam pumpkins.
