Better than any other probiotic I've tried!
No adverse side effects with this probiotic! I've been taking one at night for a couple of months now, and I do think it has really helped to regulate my digestive system. Also give this to my 15 year old daughter who tends to have lots of constipation issues, and it has helped her as well.

This is a must pro-biotic for anyone! I had gastric bypass surgery three years ago and have struggled finding the right product. Highly recommend this because it puts your stomach in balance and you will feel much better. I take it everyday.
