**Q: can you plug in a voice microphone to record on blank tape?**
A: It has a built in microphone.  I don't see a plug for an external mic, just earphones.

**Q: Has anyone tried to record from cassette using audio output?**
A: We're using it to record family oral history onto cassettes.  Serves our purpose well.

**Q: Am I able to copy a Tape I’m playing?**
A: No, there is only one tape mechanism.

**Q: I wonder what the warranty period is and how do I get this broken thing (just after amazon’s return period) replaced?**
A: amazon will still accept the return if you have good cause for exceeding the return period. just be polite when you speak to an agent regarding your request.
