It works as advertised. I have collapsed vertebrae in my neck & am a side sleeper & read, game etc in bed. I woke the next morning of first use with easily 80% less neck & shoulder stiffness & neck pain. Im a week in with this pillow, even better now. After 3 night of using this pillow I LOVE it. It's super comfortable and great for side sleeping. I was questioning if it would fit/look good with pillow cases and it does just fine. My neck pain isn't getting worse and my arms haven't fallen asleep but I'm excited to see if the pain starts to go away between these pillows and a new mattress. Highly recommend!

I finally have a comfortable pillow. Love the curved side. Pillow does not get in the way of my shoulders. It’s good for side, back and stomach sleepers. It’s great that you can add or take out some of the stuffing to adjust the fullness to your liking. There is an extra bag of stuffing included, in case you need it. The pillow does NOT have an odor. It’s more squishy than most memory foam pillows, which makes it more comfortable. There is a cooling side of the pillow case and a bamboo material side. It’s really wonderful that you can unzip the case, take out the stuffing and put the case in the washing machine. Thank you so much for a great product. I would highly recommend this pillow.

These pillows arrived compressed and sealed, similar to how memory foam mattresses are shipped rolled-up. They re-inflated on their own and didn't need help from a tumble in the dryer. They have a really soft and plush shell that is a step above other similar memory foam pillows I've tried in the past where you could see the shredded foam create an uneven surface against your face. Plus those other pillows were fully stitched shut and you couldn't adjust the firmness by adding or removing foam filling. These arrived with an extra bag of foam filling in case you wanted to increase their firmness, but I found the existing filling plenty firm and I might actually remove some, but it is easy to adjust with a zippered access. At first I thought the curved shape of these pillows was a little gimmicky, but it is actually really nice to have a bit of contouring. I'm liking the design more than I thought I would. Plus, these are true Queen-sized width and not just a Standard pillow calling itself "Standard/Queen" like many others do. Happy with my purchase.
