I first bought this U-like face mask therapy a while ago, and honestly, I wasn’t happy with it at that time. I returned it, and the company fully refunded me with no problem. Their customer service was amazing — very kind and professional. Later, they released a new version and sent it to me, and I have to say it’s completely different. The new one is high quality and doesn’t have the problem I had before. I’m really happy with it now. I appreciate how they listened to customer feedback and improved the product. It shows they really care. Great experience overall!

For the price you pay the mask could come with a carrying pouch and a cleaning cloth. Otherwise it’s too early to review if the mask actually helps the skin.

I didn't really know what to expect from this LED mask, as I was skeptical about them but after using this for a few weeks im pretty surprised. I've predominantly used the clear mode a few times a week for 10 min or so and to my amazement I've noticed quite the difference. The amount of blemishes I get are fewer and the ones I do get are much less angry than they used to be. I've been dabbling with the firm setting too but not as consistent as clear, so I haven't noticed any visible difference in my fine lines, but after doing a lot of research since.. LED masks are actually more credible than I first thought! The mask itself is really well made, it's lightweight and has a padded strap so it's comfortable to wear. It has eye-holes to stop the light leaking into your eyes but unless I push the mask to my face, I can still see the lights. I tend to have my eyes closed when using anyway as you only have it on around 10minutes so this isn't much of an issue and even with eyes open it doesn't cause any discomfort or straining. I do love that it can be used without needing to be plugged in also as you charge the adapter that comes with it, so far ive only charged it once and ive been using it well over a month so battery life is impressive. I do feel like I look like an extra from the power rangers, but the mask does look quite the part and smart. I wish that it came with a storage bag or something, I did intend to keep the box when inbetween uses but it was just too clunky to have around. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with how well it works so far and the cost of clear skin is priceless.

I was really excited to try this Ulike ReGlow mask and have been using it almost every day since I got it. It's incredibly easy to use, and the straps are simple to adjust for a comfortable fit. I have to admit, I also think it looks pretty cool when it's on! I find the whole experience quite relaxing—it's a nice way to spend 10 minutes unwinding. I've mainly been using the "Clear" light therapy option. In terms of results, has it improved my skin? Maybe, just a little bit. I have seen some improvement, but my changes definitely haven't been as dramatic as the examples you see in the advertising. I'm hopeful that the benefits are cumulative and will become more obvious over time. However, I have two big issues with this mask, which are both significant design flaws in my opinion. The battery life is not that great. I find I have to recharge it very frequently, which is frustrating given the high price point. My biggest complaint is that you cannot use the mask while it is on charge. This means if you forget to charge it, you can't just plug it in and use it. You have to wait for it to be fully charged again, which, combined with the poor battery life, is a real inconvenience. Pros & Cons Pros: Very easy to use and adjust for a comfortable fit. The treatment itself is very relaxing. It's a cool, futuristic-looking gadget. I have seen some slight, gradual improvements in my skin. Cons: The battery life is surprisingly poor and requires frequent recharging. You cannot use the device at all while it is plugged in and charging. Results are not immediate and have been quite subtle so far. Summary This is a very comfortable and easy-to-use mask that makes for a relaxing daily ritual. While I've seen some minor skin improvements, the two major cons—poor battery life and the inability to use it while charging—are a significant let-down that make it feel inconvenient.

I saved so long for this only to be sooo disappointed.. it worked great for the first few days then just wouldn’t charge now I have to go looking again .. I’m so disappointed that this product didn’t go through quality control .. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company who sells them .. really poor quality.. so disappointing 😩

Too heavy to wear

The ReGlow is a 4-in-1 LED light therapy mask by Ulike. It uses combinations of red, yellow, blue, and infrared LED lights in different modes to target issues like acne, dullness, redness, fine lines, and uneven skin tone. After using it for a couple of weeks now, we are very pleased with the results so far! We've used several of these light masks in the last couple of years and my partner and I think this is the best one so far. It seems to be good quality, not too heavy, comfortable to wear, and it's pretty easy to use too. The padded head strap is fully adjustable and it features very good eye protection. You can still breathe without any restriction and walk around while wearing it, but the remote needs to be attached while using the mask so you might need a pocket to prevent it from unplugging. Each session doesn't take very long anyway so we just lie down when using it (5 to 8 minutes). The mask features four different modes depending on the treatment you require. These are “Glow” for smoother skin, “Clear” for spots or redness, “Firm” to reduce lines and wrinkles, and "Rejuvenate" to improve your complexion. The mask doesn't make your face overly warm and you can use it nearly everyday, just have a one day break if you use it six days in a row. Its also easy to wipe clean after use. We’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks so far, so it's difficult to judge how well it works at this stage but I have noticed the spots and redness around my cheeks slowly reducing the more I use it, which has made me very pleased. Overall, if you have multiple skin concerns (e.g. dullness, mild acne, fine lines, redness) and are willing to use it regularly, then this mask could be a worthy investment. It seems to deliver on its promises, and both the comfort & safety features are strong bonuses. If instead you only want to treat one small issue, or you’ll rarely use it, the cost might outweigh the benefit. It’s a product I'm more than happy to recommend and I feel it's worth the full five stars, buy with total confidence!
