I also though it odd for the size of my compressor the unit only had two small tubes in which to pull air through. This replacement unit looks identical, except to the cover being plastic, but has 5 air intake tubes!!

Will work.
It was a different physical size than the OEM but did work on the compressor.

Doesn’t fit TS5
I have a TS5 pump and this was nowhere near close enough to the correct size to thread into the pump.
