I received a faulty brush which stopped working after few uses. I somehow managed to contact but your wish and they were very helpful. Sonali helped me and gave me all the details and took in charge of my case. She got my product replaced without any hassle. She was very polite and humble. It is difficult and heavy to use I was travelling so cud not use earlier but since last 2 days trying to use and its not suitable Would like to return the piece

Delivery:Product delivery way too long than I expected. Personally I am used to quick delivery through flipkart and snapdeal but amazon somehow usually takes too long.Product:Used it yesterday and I am not getting the results as shown in the videos. The product does do the job of straightening effortlessly but the ends are difficult to pull and straighten. To my understanding one needs to use very small batches of hair to straighten for it to be effective specially if you want the interior hair to be straightened.

Product was not good because its imported one with the flat plug pins but i appreciate Simran to gave me proper solution in this matter, thank you lusso live...

Wow! Ok. So I have a lot of hair. It’s long- to middle of my back. It’s super-coarse and wavy. The base of my pony-tail is the thickness of my wrist. My hair is natural. I have never straightened my hair at home because it takes an hour in the salon with 2 stylists. But I thought I would try this product. Hair styling experience-novice. Wow. This is so easy to use. I wash my hair the night before. Let it dry (all the way). Then in the morning let it finish drying. Then I use a heat protectant Argan spray. Heat brush (literally 1 minute). Then section hair (like I look like Hermione... it’s bad) and start slowly brushing. My hair looks like I blow-dried it straight- but in 17 minutes-not 45!! I can get my bangs and roots no burns. No singeing. This product is fabulous! I do follow with a flat iron to make the hair super-straight and smooth ( cuts straightening time down to 15 minutes!!!) the best part- this brush is great for day 2 touch-ups. I don’t need flat iron after initial straightening- even with a ponytail. LOVE LOVE this product! My hair looks super-healthy. So fast and easy to use!

I have medium curly thick hair. This works well for a quick straighten but tends to leave hair looking less "polished" than with a traditional flat iron. I have the GHD and the results aren't the same. With my flat iron i get sleek shiny healthy looking hair. This brush gets the job done but I think I'll use it more for when i'm on the go and need it done fast. Benefits are the speed (can take much larger sections) and ease of use. Sectioning helps but isn't as necessary as it is with a flat iron. Good for when you're on the go and need a fast fix but for polished professional looks go for the flat iron or curling iron.

I read about this product on Friday. Went online to find out what was the hype about it, and after watching several videos I decided to spend the 150 dollars. I received it today Sunday. Washed my hair, watched tv, put some product, dried my hair with a blow dryer, no brush just my hands. I did use a round brush to dry my bangs tho since that's the only think I know how to do well with the blow drier. Took me about 15 min perhaps including time to heat the brush and first time how to kinda thing. Very easy! My hair is fine and fragile. And I don't have a lot of it. I used to have pretty curls but not anymore. It's dry and overprocessed. What I have been doing was blow drying it at a blow dry bar once a week. I am pretty bad blow drying my hair myself specially on my back, and even worst using the flat iron. I like the bouncy with body look better than the super flat one but I think I could get both with this brush. This was my first time using it and I think the results were excellent. I am kind of speechless to be honest. Once I get the hang of it I think it will be even better. This brush will save me the 40 bucks weekly of the dry bar. I will recover my money after a month of using it needless to say the flexibility of styling my hair whenever I want. Game changer to me!

I was so disappointed when after six months my DAFNI failed me - this was a great product until it went belly up. Seriously, this is an issue that should be addressed by the company because I'm far from the only customer to have this problem. It worked fine, then started flashing randomly off and on after a few months' use, and this week it finally went dead. And I loved it, recommended it to friends, and bought one for my daughter for her birthday. Shame on DAFNI for selling such a shoddy product. I would ask for a replacement if I had any confidence that it wouldn't break down after six months, too. And now I have to tell my daughter that her present is probably going to break before her next birthday.
