Works as advertised
Works, but I sure wish there was an easier way. It took me about 45 minutes to clean 3 tiles on my pool. Our pool is very large, basically two pool combined, at 51,000 gallons. At this rate, I wouldn't even get half of the tiles cleaned before it's time to clean them again.I wish the packaging gave information on where/how to store these stones. For example, are they more likely to break down if I keep them in a hot shed or garage, vs. inside my home?

It Works!
This was my first time trying this product. I read the reviews, and can confirm that it does wear quickly, but I was able to do the tile around by entire pool, which includes a large raised section of tile for the spa, and have a small piece left over. I will be ordering again... like I said, it works!

not very good pumice brittle and too fine
This material is expensive and then it can’t do the job on my pools scale build up just way to fine

Cleans well when you put in some elbow grease
I have found to work well on the pool tile the stone needs to really scrape away as it cleans.I have bought other stones that don’t work great So after testing this one just bought 4 more. One stone with a lil’ elbow grease will do around 40-50ish feet of tile around the pool.Pro tip: Amazon sells really thick blue dishwashing gloves for around 15 bucks...get them to protect your hands. I just did about 10 ft without gloves and my hands are a bit wrecked. The old lady had the gloves and you don’t destroy your hands.Good luck!

What can you say about a pumice stone?
I bought this product for a specific purpose... to remove a white buildup of calcium from pool tiles. The area around the waterfall between our spa and pool gets a constant splashing with hard water. This results in a stubborn build up of white calcium. To remove it, I needed something coarse enough to rub away the calcium, but gentle enough to not scratch the ceramic tiles. After researching the many types and uses of pumice rock, I settled on this product. It does the trick. The stone wears down rather quickly...but that's the point. The stone is softer than the tile so it takes the wear without doing damage.

Too soft
Product wears very fast against tile calcium.

Overpriced
In the past I purchased and used pumice blocks used on toilet bowls. I found them to be adequate in cleaning the water residue on pool tiles. This time I waited a bit to clean the residue and the water marks were heavier than usual. Because of that I decided to order this pumice stone.I found it to be the same as the others,no better, no worse, just more expensive.I am returning to the the toilet bowls pumice next time.

Worked well
I used this to remove stains from a plaster pool & it worked very well. The stones wore down quickly, but I admit I was using them for something other than what they were designed for. I would need to buy lots of them to clean my stained pool. I would give 5 stars if they would last a little longer.
