You don’t even display or give option of colour?
I got black pen. Would have liked a blue one. Packaging is terrible in a cardboard box. Do you want to treat your customer with luxury product? People go to such extent for an amazing unboxing experience. Which world of I don’t care attitude are you living in? Especially for a premium product. Don’t you think you need more classy and tasteful product managers?

Why a black line on the pen?
Had a small black line on the pen, which was not easily removable...Does that happen with a brand new one?

Good pen and the quality is also great. The flow is a bit slow but cross pens are like that, they don't leave any ink spots, so the flow is a bit slow.
