This set of 4 wireless intercoms certainly comes at a hefty price and so I was expecting something rather special. Alas, they have limited functionality but then intercoms are pretty retro anyway. Each station is preconfigured to a number on the dial (1-4 in this instance, if you add more stations they would 5+, etc). You can make a hands-free call from any station to another one by pressing the station number and waiting for them to answer. Alternatively, you can use the Talk button but you would need to keep the button pressed down while you are talking and release it when you want to hear a response - "10-4 good buddy". The Group button is a little bizarre - if you press the Group button it rings all the other intercoms but only the first station to respond will be part of the "group" conversation - the rest cannot pick up once another station has answered! I guess it has a function, but annoying if you are the stations that have been called and want to answer but can't! There is also a Monitored mode which enables one station to constantly monitor another - ie a baby monitor, etc. Functionality apart, the Intercoms are solidly built and can be used either with the USB adapter (supplied) or via a 18650 rechargeable battery (not supplied!!). The intercoms have a range of 1700 feet in open areas and would make an ideal comms setup for camping, etc. There is no doubting that the intercoms work but the price is just not indicative of what you would expect - the lack of rechargeable batteries is a case in point. I have given the review 4 stars but 3.5 is a more accurate score.

Items scattered all 3 floors of the house. It works as intended most of the time but sometimes even the ones on the same floor may have patchy voices.

Excellent Intercoms Wireless for Home and office use. The Intercoms are very easy to use and offer good coverage. The sound quality is responsible, and the voice quality is evident. It comes with a rechargeable battery, which makes it easy to use. I like the hands-free usage of these Intercoms Overall, slightly overpriced, but perfect quality!
