The media could not be loaded. Mike & Dylan have done the property management industry a HUGE favor by releasing this book. Our industry doesn't tend to get a lot of attention so it is incredibly helpful to have a thorough book written specifically for brokers / owners trying to scale their property management business.Make It Ring is applicable weather you are just starting your property management business or already at a decent size and trying to scale. I ordered this and read it in a day. I give this 5 starts because regardless of the cons which I will mention it is worth many times over what I paid for it. Authors know their stuff. They make a lot of great points. They understand both marketing and sales funnels. The book is very readable. Lots of cute little quotes and pictures. Clearly these guys are also well read. Even throwing references to the The Black Swan by Naseem Talib. Smart. They do design a lot of this to kind of sell there own services and some services of closely related vendors that most of us in the NARPM community have probably heard of.Cons I wish there was just a little bit more nitty gritty on some of the subjects. I would have like to see some actual marketing examples since they do indeed have plenty from their own portfolio. Although anyone who goes and sees who references them could probably then go do an analysis of their clients material. Example PPC compaigns, example landing pages, example email sequences. More example warantees / gaurantees etc.They definately sell them selves and that is fine as the info they give makes the schpiel well worth hearing.That being said the strategy of is all high level and very right on. I marked quite a few places in the book which I would be revisiting as I do the marketing myself.

Decent book

Property managers aren't known for their marketing acumen, so this book will most likely fall on deaf ears. It's actually quite a good overview of what needs to be done, but I have little faith that the property management community will embrace it.

For property management company owners, there's not a library of books out there designed to help you with marketing. MAKE IT RING is the perfect fit for owners that want to either do their own marketing, or want to learn enough so that they can oversee the people they outsource to. It's an excellent read. I'll be re-reading my highlights, and implement some of their tips into my business plan. I highly recommend it.

If you are in property management business MAKE IT RING! is a must read book.Unless you are in my marketplace, then you do not need to read it ;)This book has definitely helped me improve my business in several areas.By doing some of the things suggested in this book, we have increased our bottom line by thousands of dollars!I am very thankful to Mike and Dylan for publishing such an excellent marketing book.

Really useful information for property management company owners.

The best akquisition/markting book I ever read, hands down.
