This came unassembled with wires inside and no directions to say where they belong? I tried my best to place them to where I think they should go having to use a flashlight because the bag won't open enough to see that deep inside. If I put the wires in the right place I would think it should be able to stand up on it's own, but it doesn't, very unsturdy. It's also quite a bit deeper than I thought it would be, think my 5 lb. Chihuahua is going to be lost in there! Had to cut several threads left hanging onto the bag. Not impressed with the craftsmanship that went into this product at all.

My dog loves the bag, however I wish the would be a bit durable.

This Rolling Pet Backpack came apart during its first use. My small dog poked her nose through the mesh, where it was attached to the zipper. It wasn't fixable, and I had to buy a carrier at the airport from Southwest.I've added a photo with a piece of paper inserted into the tear.

All these items were great. I would recomend these items to anybody.

Within 2 days both zipper pulls had broken off. While the design is okay the quality is far from satisfactory.
