Tools needed to install the door are: Tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill,7/64 inch, 1/8 inch, ¼ inch drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16 inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended) Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. Good for the price
Let’s face it shower doors are expensive. These look great and function as they should. Keep in mind this in only .25” glass and very fragile. I shattered a panel but the Basco company was great, and sent me a entire new door set up in just over a week. The second install I used a rubber hose split open to protect the bottom and corners from touching anything. Didn’t take much to shatter it but this is a $450Door compared to a $1000 for .38” glass that wouldTake 2 people to install

Packaging really inadequate
Product is great. However the packaging is awful. First one came with glass shattered and the pieces bulging the cardboard at bottom. Refused shipment and got a refund. Second one came and was just dumped on my porch. No chance to examine or refuse. Was pretty beat up with the plastic strapping loose and nearly falling off. Fortunately there was no internal damage.

Cannot find replacement door
I thought this was a good purchase, it looks nice in the bathroom. Sturdy enough and a good fit. Makes my bathroom look luxury. Unfortunately, My grandson had an accident and slammed a door too hard and it shattered. Thankfully he was not hurt. After several days of reaching out to the company I finally reached a person who gave me a part number and told me to go to Lowe's and they would order it. Unfortunately lowes said they cannot order a part for me. Neither could home depot.I have not done anything else yet, debating on whether to replace the whole unit.

Would not buy this again.
The good news ... not expensive, available and arrived when needed. The bad news... not as nice as the other materials in my renovation, bent frame and missing hardware.

Beautiful, High Quality, Reasonable Price
Installed this in a friend's house as part of a bathroom remodel for her. The results were very beautiful. I have installed many types and styles of tub and shower doors, and I have to say that the quality and value for this one are outstanding and the price reasonable. The only reason for knocking off one star for ease of installation, is any of these doors require some skill and appropriate tools to install properly. I would not recommend for a novice, especially if installing in a tiled shower stall. It requires some very accurate measuring, leveling, drilling and cutting for proper appearance and function.

The top rail ends have to be contoured to fit.
The door unit is approx. 2 inches too tall for a standard fiberglass shower enclosure. The door top track must be contoured to fit the fiberglass sides because the rail sits above the enclosure.

Can’t get a hold of anyone to address my missing parts all door rollers were missing and door has chips
