Today’s purchase is a digital caliper.The package included the caliper, with the battery inside, and an additional spare battery. There are directions on the package as well. The unit turns on automatically when adjusted, and shuts off with the press of a button or after it times out. I wanted to get some precious measurements on the various gauge wires that I use in different applications. I had some concerns that the wires were not properly sized, and the old calipers I was using were not accurate. They also only measure outside diameter, whereas this unit measures four parameters, both outside and inside diameters with two sets of jaws, plus depth and step with a probe on the end. The unit is very easy to use, and the digital display is very easy to read. The device also displays both metric and American units. The device made it so much easier and so much more accurate trying to measure the stuff that I was before. The results I obtained made me super happy, not just because they are more accurate, but they gave me confidence that the product's quality that I measured was verified. This device does a fantastic job and is listed at a great price, making it an amazing deal in my opinion. If you’re like me and got a bunch of tiny and precise measurements to make, and are looking for a device, or to upgrade your current device, I highly recommend these digital calipers.

For what it is, it's a dam good tool. This is ideal for the "maker." Measuring known PCBs that I've designed, this thing is within 1/10th of a mm (the PCB could actually be off by that much.) More than good enough for the job. It is missing the wheel and the lock down screw, but again, this is for rough measurements that happen to be very precise.

I bought these to replace a similar pair that had broken but are not as good quality. Very light weight and plasticky but they do function as intended and are accurate. One thing I do not like is the fact these do not have the micro-adjust thumb screw so you basically just slide the caliper along the scale. Not a good tool for machinist work but for basic wood working it will do ok.

I bought this digital caliper for times when I need a more precise measurement than a ruler or tape measure can give. It's simple to use, and the large digital display makes the measurement easy to read. It's a handy tool to keep around for projects where small differences matter. It measures outside dimensions, inside dimensions, and depth quickly, making it useful for all kinds of jobs around the house or workshop. Five stars.

Was concerned on accuracy but it is spot on so far.

PRO: 1. Works. 2. Cheap (not always best) 3. Slides well. 4. Got this so I don't have to walk back and forth from shop to shed. CON: 1. Plastic. 2. Sticker tape measure, anything that is a sticker with measurements is not trustworthy. 3. No case. 4. Have to reset constantly. 5. Afraid to drop it. OTHER: 1. Buy if you need one in a pinch. 2. DO NOT BUY if you think this is top shelf quality, it is not. 3. Feels like it was the demo for a later production item. 4. Trust me, spend a few more bucks and get a better made, all metal, stainless steel model. 5. Once this hits the floor, it'll be toast.

Man what a deal! A set of digital calipers for nine bucks after tax outstanding! But what makes it really impressive is the fact that it not only works at a $9 price point but it is accurate down to thousands of an inch I can't stress enough when you're dealing with things or material that small/thin how important it is to be precise when a thousandth of an inch can be the difference between success or failure in this thing does it for $9!! I don't think I've ever used so many exclamation points in a review before LOL it looks great it's easily readable it seems to be built well and it feels fairly sturdy. I can't speak to the battery life because I haven't had it long enough yet to know how good it is battery wise but I will say this it comes with the battery and on top of that it comes with an extra battery for when that one runs out which I think is very generous again at $9 LOL I mean how much does a watch battery cost? Could you get two of them with this thing I'm just very happy with my purchase I love this product all the way around. Though there is one feature I'm not the biggest fan of but it would not sway me from making the same decision again, but whenever you move the caliper so say you have it turned off and then you open it up it automatically turns itself on and gives you the reading which is actually kind of cool in its own way, but this thing reads all the way down to 0.1 mm so you can move it in such a way that it doesn't even open but if it feels the movement it's turning on and I'm not saying like you can shake it around in your hand you know whatever no problem but if you put the slightest amount of pressure in between those teeth even if it's so small you can't see the opening it can feel it and will turn on, but if anything I think that speaks again to how good/cool this is It's accurate and can pick up the tiniest amount of space / distance

These calipers are nice and versatile, easy to use, and have a very clear, large display that makes it easy to see measurements regardless of environment (provided there is light). I haven't had a chance to see how durable they are but for the simple measurements I'm making to 3D print things they work well enough, and they are decently accurate and are quite versatile due to the number of different options for measuring things. Would recommend, very good price.

I bought these to take some precise measurements for a product design project, and they were exactly what I needed. Measuring with a ruler just wasn't accurate enough, but these calipers made it quick and easy to get exact dimensions. I originally thought I'd only use them once, but they've come in handy for all sorts of other jobs since then. They're accurate, easy to read thanks to the large display, and excellent value for money. If you need an affordable set of digital calipers for occasional use, I'd definitely recommend these.

These calipers measure to hundredths of an inch or tenths of a millimeter, not sufficient for precision metal work but very much good enough for woodworkers, for making measurements for 3D printed parts, for laser cutting, etc. The fibre construction is tough and, within design limits, produces accurate and repeatable measurements. The LCD display is large and easy to read. It comes with a spare battery (LR44) and these are cheap (Amazon sells 40 for CAD$11), so I'm not too worried about battery life. An excellent product.

Calibro che uso principalmente per la misurazione dei rasoi a mano libera. E' abbastanza preciso e mantiene la misura, le punte in plastica sono ottimali nel mio caso perché non rischio di danneggiare particolarmente l'apice o rigare i rasoi se faccio qualche errore. La batteria è inclisa e a questo prezzo penso sia un ottimo acquisto che mi sento di consigliare a tutti quelli che necessitano un calibro di questo tipo.
