Good quality ceramic neti pot
Neti pot is a teapot like vessel meant to wash nasal passage for treating various ailments. Neti pots have been embraced by western countries just like yoga. This is a ceramic, lilac color neti pot. Height is 9 cm / 3.5 inches, handle to spout length : 16 cm/ 6.5 inches. The displayed pic doesn’t convey the right dimension; when kept on hand it is bigger than displayed in the pic.It can easily accommodate 250ml/ 1 cup water. You can wash both nostrils with this much amount.I was using a stainless steel one which was not easy to clean and its pointy spout at times scratched the nose, even causing bleeding. The glossy ceramic surface ensures easy and proper cleaning of the pot .The tip of the spout is smoothly contoured and fits snugly in the nostril. There is no scope of the nose lining getting scratched. The handle is solid and not hollow, so no worries about its cleaning. Looks heavy but is light weightNow if you are reading this I am sure you have been advised nasal cleansing by an ayurvedic practitioner/ alternative healer for any of the following problems -SinusDryness of inner nasal liningSnoringAllergy to pollen and dust Stuffy noseEaracheTonsillitisFor improving the sense of smell and tasteThe allopathic medication is not of much help except for allergy in most of these cases. .For a first timer the idea of using a neti pot is weird/ absurd and there is a great resistance/ hesitation in using it. My mother had serious sinus problem and she could not bend her head down and complained of dull headache all the time. I only know, how much convincing and cajoling I did to make her use it !! We even had dry runs. Tilt your head above the sink>> insert the spout in the nose>> open mouth>> breathe through the mouth >> raise the neti pot from the handle side >> relax. I wanted to make a video but she is not comfortable with the idea. You can see a u tube instruction demo by Ashleys Green Life for more info.Ideally you should use neti salt but if it is not available use non- iodized salt. Take ½ tsp salt in 1 cup warm distilled/ RO water for irrigating the nasal passage. After my mother learnt to use it and saw the benefits, she started using it regularly ; 1hour before retiring to bed. This is supposed to be used two times daily. This is a one time investment so I would recommend this ceramic pot over copper/ plastic/ stainless steel. Its a lot cheaper as well.It looks utterly cute sitting on the bathroom shelf :) Only con is that it is breakable so handle with care.Hope this helped. Do express some love if it did !!

Much Much Better Than Plastic
I had used the plastic ones you get from drug stores for a long time and always had the same problem. The plastic ones have hollow handles where water accumulates and never dries. This leads to mold (kind of fungus) formation. So you end up pouring mold in your nose. The ceramic pot avoids the problem since there is no hollow handle. The handle is solid. Moreover, the slick, glazed surfaces of the ceramic pot make it easier to clean and easier to shake off the water droplets. All in all, using a ceramic pot is much more hygienic.Pros:1) Avoids the problem since there is no hollow handle which can be seen in plastic ones.2) Glazed surface which is more elegant, attractive & easier to clean off.3) More Hygienic, compared to other local ones.4) Most important is spout(water outlet) of the product is in perfect, water is flowing very smoothly.5) We tried with copper/stainless steel / plastic – it becomes black soon, water outlets are sharp, very big to hold. My children’s can’t hold the pot.6) It is beautiful & newnik logo engraved on it make it much more looks pretty.7) Instructions mentioned on the product is very useful and informative.Cons:1) It is not unbreakable like plastic but that should not be a problem for most people. The advantages far more than disadvantages. Go ceramic. And this is the best of the bunch.

Cheap Ceramic Pot. Money Wasted!
ProsIt is a big Pot.ConsVery Very Cheap Ceramic quality. Fine lines have already been developed on the Pot.Even if the Pot handle breaks, it will have two holes. Since water also passes through the Handle.Hence waste of money.

Serves the purpose.
Bought for Rs 358. Using it since past two days.About Product:- Looks nice- 200ml capacity sufficient for Neti procedure for both nostrils- Rounded tip fits perfectly and comfortably- Ergonomically designedProblems with product:- Minor surface cracks on the outside of pot- The handle holes are not sealed, store it properly before a spider settles in their with its family :-D :-DOverall it serves the purpose. I prefer ceramic pots over plastic (toxic) or metal (corrodes/reacts in water) pots.

newnik Neti Pot Feedback
The media could not be loaded. Received the package on time, and in very good packed condition with the pot being covered with packing sheet. The item was very good and easy to handle. It takes sufficient water at one time and can be used for both nostrils. I used it immediately, and found it very useful. Attached is my video. I recommend this for others who want to practice Jalneeti. It is always better to use Steel, Brass or Porcelin material so that it is good healthwise and avoid Plastic. Thanks.
