Good for heavy flow.
I have used regular ones before. But I tried this for heavy flow and it did manage to work for 5+ hours. Though girls trying tampons for the first time must start with regular size as these are thicker and may be uncomfortable for newbies.

Prompt delivery and extremely satisfactory product
I have tried several brands of tampons and I find this one to be the most value for money so far. In terms of absorbency, I have no complaints. It is hands down the best tampon that I have come across and I would surely recommend it to anyone who wants to try it out.
