I do a lot of batch cooking and used to rely on a mix of different-sized containers I had on hand. I would freeze the meals first and then vacuum seal them. Since switching to Souper Cubes, portioning has become so much easier, as each serve is perfectly sized. They're ideal for anyone wanting better portion control or keeping an eye on their food intake. The trays are well made, stack neatly, and fit efficiently in the freezer. I would definitely recommend them.

Great product that has really helped me out with meal prepping. I find this size to be perfect for single servings of soup and means I can make a batch of 8 servings at a time for freezing. Once the soup is frozen solid I can pop the cubes out (which is really easy thanks to the silicon) and store in a freezer bag so that the trays can be used again. This is also useful as the trays take up quite a bit of space in the freezer.

I've had these for 2 years now. They are a bit pricey but so worth it. I asked for 2 of them as a Christmas gift. They are great quality and durable. I use them to freeze bone broth, soups, 1 cup portion sizes. Once frozen the contents are easy to remove, and I store them in freezer bags to re-use the tray. I clean the cover by hand, and I find the trays easiest to clean in the dishwasher. I wish they were more accessible in Canada; I would definitely get another 1 cup tray, plus their 1/2 cup/tablespoon trays.

A qualidade é excelente. O molde é estruturado na aba, por isso não precisa de nenhum suporte por baixo quando for levantar. Estou usando muito e penso em comprar mais tamanhos. Este é ótimo para congelar feijão, lentilha e sopas para uma refeição bem servida para 1 pessoa por cubo.

This is worth every single cent !! These are expensive no doubt, but truly worth the initial outlay.
