Has anyone else had an issue with the lamp turning on randomly?

Yes. I believe there is some validity in another commenter's suggestion it may be due to power surges, but not entirely. We had a lightning strike on our home in July 2019, and I installed a whole-house surge protector in our main breaker panel at that time. Prior to that, I noticed this lamp would be turned on a couple times a week. Afterwards, I think I've seen this lamp turned on a total of three times from July 2019 to the end of January 2020 - essentially 5 months. Having said that, we have 4 more touch lamps in the home that have never been affected by power surges. So, yeah, I think it's safe to say this lamp can randomly turn itself on, even WITH surge protection.

Can you use a Philips Hue bulb with this?

If you really want to use the lamp with Philips Hue bulb you mentioned, please note: it may cause to flick or lose touch dimming function with other LED bulbs owing to the incompatibility.

Is there a Replacement lamp shade available? My toddler knocked over my lamp and stomped on the shade and it’s beyond saving. :(
