Don't buy this I'll not recommend
I would not recommend buying this product. I have been using it for approximately 8 months, and within this short period, the card became corrupted/stopped working. The most disappointing part is that neither Amazon nor the service center has provided proper support for more than a month. I first raised a complaint with Amazon customer support, and the executive asked me to contact HP through email. I sent the email as instructed, but I did not receive any response for a long time. When I followed up again, they asked me to provide screenshots, which I shared immediately, but the issue still remained unresolved. During the next follow-up, I was informed that the screenshots were not taken properly, which is why the issue could not be processed. I again shared all the required screenshots and details, but there was still no solution. Later, when I contacted them again, the executive said that I would receive a refund. I clearly mentioned that I did not want a refund; I wanted the product issue to be resolved or replaced properly. After that, a senior executive connected with me and assured me that I would receive an update from the company by 1st July. However, today is 6th July, and my issue is still unresolved. This has been a very disappointing customer support experience. Even after repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution or response. Customers should be aware of the poor after-sales support and service experience associated with this product.
