Of the late, my dad is having variable sleeping patterns and hence we consulted a doctor who gave medicines that made him too weak. Worried at the detoriating strength, we gradually stopped giving the medicines. Although, his sleep pattern improved, the trouble didn't seem to leave him.I ordered for the 'Sleep Easy' as I have had used its product long back and got benefitted from it. However, when I asked my dad to use it, he clearly declined to which I got an idea that he isn't favour of using essential oils as remedy. However, I sprained few drops in his pillow and was amazed at the effect.My dad who used to get up earlier than 5am, even after sleeping after 11.30pm, slept well beyond his time. Generally, he shouts at me as I sleep late, but, recently he isn't that aggressive in shouting at me, which clearly proves that he stays in better mood. The oil didn't make him get to sleep early but definitely made his sleep peaceful and long, which is what I was looking for.The most important benefit out of it was, after using for 4 consecutive days, when I stopped for a day in between, he seems to be well and didn't find him troubled. I have made up the mind, to use on days he will be restless as it really calms the mood.My advice to the reader of the review is to try it as you won't be disappointed. However, if you are having extreme trouble sleeping, please consult a doctor and do not solely depend upon this.

i had headache after putting this on my pillow, doesnt suit everybody I guess

The aroma of this oil is strong and relaxing. It does make you loosen up a bit and feel calm and relaxed. But, I doubt it will help you much if you have some medical condition like insomnia. I luckily do not have anyone in my house with any sleeping disorders, so I think it would be better to not comment on its benefits on a patient. You should, really consult a doctor if your condition is serious. On the other hand, those without any sleeping issues will definitely reap the relaxing benefits of this oil.You can use it with an oil diffuser or just by putting a few drops on a cloth like towel and keeping it in the same room. I'd suggest a diffuser because they are very cheap and easy to use. I am attaching the pictures of the contents of the package below.Hope this helped.

IT is very effective fastly fastly sleepling ever in ur life.I think it is banned product in the world.....surprise I rub underneath in my under wear before sleep surprise my underwear not visible when I wokeperfectly working magic.

So I thought of trying this out as a way to get rid off the pills.On the first day of usage, I took half my dose of sleeping pills and sprinkled 3-4 drops of this oil on my pillow. I feel asleep and had an uninterrupted sleep for over 6 hours. Normally, even with taking my sleep medication, I have to take a washroom break in the middle of the night.On the second day, I went off the pill and tried with just this oil. Usual application of 3-4 drops on the edges of my pillow. I had to struggle a bit to fall asleep but eventually I did fall asleep and once again, I had an uninterrupted stretch of sleep that night.Have been using this daily for the last 4 days and so far it's been working satisfactorily. The smell might appear a bit pungent at first but you will get used to it pretty quickly.TIP = When applying this oil, make sure you don't drop them at the middle of your pillow as it will suppress the smell. Apply them towards the edges of your pillow so that you keep getting the aroma even while you're asleep.VERDICT - Happy with the product. I shall be happy to try out other products of this brand as well.

Packaging not done properly. Bottle was leaking by the time I opened the package. Otherwise product served the purpose.

This Balance Mantra sound sleep essential oil is TOOO Strong & gave me a headache. Definitely not soothing or relaxing..so I dilute it with my other floor cleaning liquids to mop the floor.
