This one is made with stainless steel. You can feel the difference in weight compared to other brass or aluminum valve stem covers. Just a warning about other aluminum and brass (and maybe some plastic) covers. My father-in-law gave us the aluminum one that matches the body color of my wife's car. It looked nice, so I replaced the cover with them. After two winter seasons (I live in Colorado), all the tire pressure sensors started to fail. It was an older car with an earlier generation of the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System), so that may be why. Still, I noticed these aftermarket covers were cracked and trapping moisture inside the valve and corroding the TPMS along with it.This one I had for three winter seasons and just removed them to get them on to a newly leased car. No corrosion, no cracks, no seizing up thread. In short, get this one made with stainless steel, not others (some are cheap, but others are just as expensive) made with other metals or hard plastics that can crack, seize or corrode.

I got these for my brother who bought a hardtop convertible. I just could not let him not have these nice wheel cap accents. So easy to install...his son put them on perfectly (he is 10 yrs old).

These are nice caps and seem to be pretty beefy. They definitely look better than black plastic caps but they are pricey for what they are and hopefully nobody steals them.

I was missing valve stems on my tires. I got these for a little bit more money than normal, everyday type. I'm happy I did. They just add a touch of class to the tires.

Works and looks great and the added keychain mini wrench to tighten the caps is a nice touch

...and sturdy. The caps are hard to remvoe once wrench is used. Adds a nice touch to my already beautiful LS 500. Highly recommended.

Poor quality. Had some slag in one of them so there was no chance it would seal. I returned them.
