I had been using exactly same fan purchased during 2010 and it has stopped working. This product is non repairable so have to buy one .Now quality of product deteriorated because of poor plastic quality, poor workmanship, poor finishing - speed is also not the same.Its a chinese product sold under BRAND "USHA" - Pricewise slightly less than market. The packaging was a thin plastic wrap over the box which i was not used to for any previous occasions and it is not expected.Delivery was before time. Fixing is easy - screws are given in the package - only you need to buy a plug. Its light weight but issue with inadequate length of the wire.Details of dimensions of product available on product page is helpful.Not very sure how long it will last as it is not same quality as earlier - will get it fixed tomorrow or day after

The rear louvers dont open fully. But, I see the same problem with Havells too (had to return one recently). This fan I kept as I had already fitted and did not want to return a used product.
