I am using it . For me it is very useful.

I thought it will not be that hard but it is quite hard. Yet it really massages the tissues well. I purchased it to massage my shoulder blades as i have knots issue and this really helped.

Pros: The product is a very good aid for fitness experts, yoga teachers, and sports people. For rehabilitation, we need something that is hard yet soft to feel. This is a good buy and the price too is good.Cons: The size is a little too small for some areas of the body.

I have bought and used and done physical therapy with a numerous variety of balls over the years s. None were like this! It is simply a hard rigid plastic ball - it has no give and is not conducive for therapeutic purposes unless you are a masochist

This is the perfect ball for trigger point release. The hardness is good, the slightly rough texture doesn't hurt the skin but helps with gripping the skin so it doesn't slip while moving the trigger point. Very good, cost-effective product for those with myofascial pain.

This Ball is too hard and smaller specially for elderly people. Need something like Tennis ball type for pain Management. Exchange should be allowed for a different type of soft ball. Sell is very fast in responding.

I ordered a green ball but received a pink ball. Otherwise ok. Packing was good.

First time I picked up a massage ball, now I'm wondering why I didn't buy it earlier. Super sturdy and really heavy - was a bit surprised with the weight. I used to use a tennis ball earlier and this is at least 3x the weight of a tennis ball (though approx the same size)
