On the top it has AC/N is for the white line AC/L is the black hot line The other end is your 12 Volt plus is for your red. and -VO is the black. Hope this helps you.

Q: I want to power a very small computer cooling fan 12 vdc 0.18 amps. will this device provide enough current to operate the fan?

These are the specs as given on the Amazon : Industrial Open Frame 10.2W 12V 0.85A IRM-10-12 Meanwell AC-DC SMPS IRM-10 MEAN WELL Switching Power Supply. It looks to me like you should have no problem what so ever. I'm using it for the fan on a PID controller
