It has been great so far
I chose Insignia and to pay a little more because reading many reviews from other products it seemed like many stopped working after a few weeks. So I waited to write my review and I can say that one month later and continues to work perfectly, very very convenient, I'm very pleased with my choice and would buy again.

Keeps working perfectly.
I am hesitant to write this review because it might change my luck with this hub. But, this is my 2nd one and both of them make solid connection with usb devices. Reliable. Portable. Well made.

It is so convenient, AND IT WORKS!
I've had this splitter for a few weeks now and I cannot tell how convenient this is. It has a short cord that connects to your laptop, or computer. This is what powers this splitter. Not this 6-foot cord that wants to grab onto everything. In addition, most splitters that have 4 usb connections do not give the room for all 4 connections usable. This one gives the room making all 4 connections usable. AND IT WORKS !!!!!!!

It works
I have two LG 1080p monitors plugged into this port through a J5Create that converts one port to two HDMI ports. It has been on continuously for months without a problem. The J5Create has reduced the output from 1080p to 720 each and I plan to replace it with an upgrade.
