Good Saw. Good after sales service.
This is a really good, reliable saw. I had a problem with it almost year after I bought it (basically I put the blade on crookedly without realising) and sent them a message.I had a call back the next day. So, jolly good after sales care too. Yes, the instructions are a bit baffling and it probably wouldn't stand up to every day constant usage, but I use it most weekends, autumn and winter, and it performs very well.

The assembly instructions are slightly difficult to follow but that aside very pleased.
Outstanding.I have had it for three months. It does exactly what I wanted. The assembly instructions are slightly difficult to follow but that aside very pleased.

Works well but assembly problematic as nuts & Bolts missing .
Nuts & bolts missing, replacement accessory pack dispatched very promptly but some bolts were still missing decided to buy what was missing, one minor piece of the guard simply doesn't fit but not a H & S issue. Very powerful, cuts logs below 150mm diameter very well, those are the awkward and dangerous ones to cut with a chainsaw, so a good buy.

Log Saw
The saw was delivered ready to assemble. The instructions were hard to follow and I still have one small part of the blade shield that I cannot work out how to fit! It doesn't seem critical to safety! (I have good mechanical skills so this task might be a problem for some buyers). I suspect that the instructions have been badly translated from German. Once assembled the saw proved fast and efficient at cutting up small round timbers up to 100mm dia. Branches with a significant bend can be a bit awkward but it cuts wood of this sort more quickly safely and easily than a chain saw.
