**Q: Does it put out much heat ?  I just need as a heat lamp for spray painted small parts.  (12 ~ 18" frame and misc. pieces)**
A: Once it warms up, which only takes a few minutes, it heats up parts quite well. I paint bumpers and it cures the clear coat in 15 minutes, once the clear cools I can wet sand and polish. I've bought three of these and have been happy with them.

**Q: Anyone have issues getting it to slide past the coupling?**
A: Can you clarify what "it" is and what coupling you are talking about on this unit

**Q: Can it be used for vinyl wrap installation?**
A: I've not personally, but I know others that have.  You need to adjust the distance and monitor the surface temps

**Q: Is this a long wave, medium wave, or short wave lamp?**
A: This is a medium wave lamp.
