Q: How thick are the needles? I know the length is 0.3mm however no indication of thickness? I heard they should not be bigger than 0.7mm

So small you can barely see them, my roller is a 0.3 and even with glasses I can see them.

Q: Are the needles on this proper needles that actually pierce the skin?

Yes but there are micro 0.3mm in length so the pierce of the skin is not visible to the naked eye, no bleeding or anything etc - these are the safest for personal use - it creates the appropriate “healing” process to promote repair and growth
