First you have to remove your old glued-on band, so I highly recommend watching a few of the YouTube videos on how to remove a Fitbit Surge band. This band comes with a little screwdriver that works very well on removing the little band screws. It doesn't come with the little spatula which helps scrape the old glued-on band off the Fitbit, so find a comparable tool at home. This is such a comfortable band, so much more comfortable than the original. It doesn't require glue like the other type of replacement bands (and you know they will just start bubbling up again). When the Fitbit is free from the old band, you just slip it into this new band. You can easily change bands with this (if you want a different color, etc). When you wash your hands, you don't have to worry about your band bubbling. The little window does not come up to the white frame on the Fitbit exactly, but I feel it still looks good and the benefits of not having a glued on band are well worth 5 stars.

The Surge unit fits snugly into the silicone sleeve, and the screws are not needed. A previous purchase of a band required the screws and only lasted 4 weeks, as the holes widened. Then the band kept falling off. This design is superior to the original Fitbit band and I highly recommend this model. Plus it is very attractive, and the air holes around the band are a nice feature.

Seemed like a good idea but horrible execution. The band is basically bent the opposite shape of a wrist, so when you go to put it on it stretches the part around the Fitbit causing gapping and making it look like the Fitbit doesn’t fit. The band is also huge looking making the Fitbit surge look even more giant on a female wrist. Returning.Edited to better explain issue. Seller did contact me and offered a replacement. Great seller just couldn’t use the band. Added 2 stars for the great customer service.

Purchased for my husband as a gift and he’s had it about a week today and the top of it broke off. Really upset I wasted my money.Update: Company reached out and is kindly sending a replacement for the broken band. The fact that they care to reach out and send a brand new one shows what a great company it is. Would recommend it.

The fitbit Surge fit in the band very well. For the price I can put up with the band not fitting around the Surge with precision fit...but even fitbit bands don't seem to do that. I have not had any issues with the Surge falling out while working out at the gym or other rigorous activity. Overall very pleased.

This is an update to a previous post.I received the product on 7/24/2018. The latch broke on 8/27/2018 due to a faulty lug. Though this occurred after the 30 day return period, the vendor offered to replace.This is an extremely comfortable band so I was very pleased with the vendor's offer. The band is stylish and a big improvement over the Fitbit provided black rubber strap.

Love the convenience of not having the screws to deal with just need the band to be longer to fit larger wrists...

Easy to install. My original surge band gave me rashes on each arm and I was looking for something geat looking and that would not irritate my skin. Awesome product!! I love the wrap around desig, for extra protection and it looks Cool too!!

The quality of the band itself seems awesome and I love that I did not have to screw anything back on.
